Young Adult Beginning Experience

RECONnecting to the Truth

RECONnecting to the Truth begins Oct. 1 and continues the first Sunday of each month, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Holy Family Shrine, exit 232 (Gretna) & I-80. This is an opportunity for new Catholics and those who may be returning to the Catholic Church to support each other through fellowship and prayer. Snacks will be provided.

"Can Holiness be Humorous?-For the Light of Heart: Finding Holiness with Humor for Today's Woman," the 8th annual citywide Day of Reflection for women will be held Saturday, Oct. 28, at St. Columbkille Church, 200 E. 6th St., Papillion. Speakers include Father Bill O'Leary, SJ, and Mary Jo Pedersen. The cost of $20 includes lunch, materials and a gift. Book Sharing and Reflection

Book Sharing and Reflection is set for Wednesday, Oct. 25, 9:30-11a.m.or 7-8:30 p.m. at the Servite Center of Compassion, 7400 Military Ave., Omaha. Infant Interfaith Memorial Service

Infant Interfaith Memorial Service is set for Sunday, Oct. 22, 3 p.m. in the chapel at Alegent Health Bergan Mercy Medical Center, 7500 Mercy Rd., Omaha. Families are invited to commemorate the lives of babies lost through ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth or infant death. Short reception will follow. For more information call 398-6030.
