Kubat; daughters and sons-in-law, Chris and Brian Reilly, and Cheryl and Tom Zummach; sons and daughter-in-law, Kent Kubat, and Kyle and Tiffany Kubat, Ft. Collins, Colo.; eight grandchildren; mother, Kathryn Weathers; sister, Carol Jorgensen. Memorials to St. Margaret Church, Christ Child Society or EPS Essential Pregnancy Services.
