Catholic Homeschool Association of Omaha is set to hold its annual Curriculum Fair and Seminar June 12, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Center. Topics for the Seminar include Homeschooling for Beginners, What about High School, and Homeschooling Special Needs Children. Sign up for fall events and bring your used curriculum to sell. College of Saint Mary Student Scholars' Day is set for April 30, 9 a.m. at Walsh and Mercy Halls on the CSM campus. Students share what they are learning with the community through in-depth research presentations. The students work with businesses and industries in their chosen career fields to complete their projects. Presentations are free and open to the public. Lunch and musical entertainment will also be available on the Hixson-Lied plaza at noon for a cost of $5.25 per person.
CSM Summer Camps for Girls, sponsored by the College of Saint Mary, are set for June 23-27 for ages 12-15, Grey's Anatomy; July 7-11 for ages 6-11, Girls rock; July 7-11 for ages 12-15, Legal Eagles; and July 28 through Aug. 1 for ages 9-11, Jr. Zoologists.
