Beginning Experience Ministry Coping Sessions in Columbus for widowed, divorced and separated will be Sept. 18, 25, Oct. 2, 9, 16, and 23, 7 p.m. at St. Isidore Convent Center, 1872 38th Ave. Coping seessions are designed to help adult individuals work through the trauma of divorce, separation or the loss of a spouse through death. St. Vincent de Paul Men's Morning of Faith is set for Oct. 4, 9 a.m. to noon at the church, 144th and West Maple Road, Omaha. Theme is "Take on the Mind of Christ." Becoming a Love and Logic Parent - Sept. 18

Becoming a Love and Logic Parent, a six-week course, will begin Sept. 18, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 14330 Eagle Run Drive, Omaha. Love and Logic is an international program about raising responsible, respectful kids using practical techniques effective with children of all ages. Facilitated by Brenda Martin. Spokes 4 Folks 2nd Annual Bicycle Charity Ride - Sept. 13

Spokes 4 Folks 2nd Annual Bicycle Charity Ride is set for Sept 13, 9 a.m. starting at St. Patrick Church at Hwy 31 and Maple, Elkhorn. Registration 7:30-9 a.m. The routes are 14, 26, 32, 42 miles. Registration forms are at Raffle tickets available until 11 a.m. on Sept. 13. Grand Prize is a two night stay at the Okoboji Inn and a $100 Visa card to be used for travel expenses.

Series on Immigration - Sept. 7

Series on Immigration will be Sept. 7, 11 a.m. at Holy Family Church, 1715 Izard St., Omaha. Sponsored by Holy Family Parish's education committee. Speaker will be Basil El Kasaby, JD, an immigration attorney who has a private practice in Omaha, who will speak on global issues of immigration - issues affecting immigrants from Africa, Asia, Central and South America, and the European continents. Rolls and beverages will be served.
