"A Life Lived for Others" - June 4

"A Life Lived for Others" is set for June 4, 7-8:30 p.m. at St. Cecilia Institute, 3900 Webster St., Omaha. Instructor Father Pat Tobin shares his wisdom and faith about the needs of the poor and workable solutions for ending world hunger and unsafe water. Cost is a free will offering. "Heresies I Have Known and Loved" is set for Mondays, through June 22, 7-9 p.m. at St. Cecilia Institute, 3900 Webster St., Omaha. Instructor is Father Michael Gutgsell. This course will expose participants to the context, personalities and the impetus behind selected historical heresies, as well as the church's response. To register, call 553-5524x1.

Camp Possible children ages 8-15 - July 3

Camp Possible children ages 8-15 is set for July 3, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Elden F. Curtiss Archdiocesan Youth Camp. Offered through Disabilities Ministries, the Camp is co-sponsored by the Family Life Office and Catholic Faith Formation Office. Archdiocesan staff, along with specially trained volunteers, will provide a day of faith-filled fun and close with Mass for friends and family of the campers, a hot dog supper and a bonfire.
