Archbishop Lucas makes meeting his flock a priority

As the new leader of the Omaha Archdiocese, Archbishop George J. Lucas already has a full schedule, but he is making it a priority to meet his flock.

The weekend after his July 22 installation, Archbishop Lucas presided and preached at St. Cecilia Cathedral for the first of four regional Masses. He's also been to St. Mary Church in Norfolk and St. Patrick Church in O'Neill. And he concludes his regional Mass schedule Aug. 16 at St. Isidore Church in Columbus.
