Catholic Daughters Court #2182 annual scholarship fund garage sale is set for Sept. 10 and 11, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sept. 12, 9 a.m. to noon at 8305 Cuming St., Omaha. A Woman's Touch Pancake breakfast - Sept. 19

A Woman's Touch Pancake breakfast is set for Sept. 19, 9 a.m. to noon at Bellevue Public Schools, Lied Activity Center, 2700 Arboretum Dr., Bellevue. Congressman Lee and Robyn Terry will help kick off fall fund-raising event. The Pancake Man will serve all the pancakes you can eat, sausage and coffee. Join Teens Touch at their Carnival for Life. 'Beauty and Beast' cast and crew discover friendships in hard work

While talent and hard work are important building blocks to a successful stage show, members of St. Bernadette Play Production (SBPP) discovered friendship brought added enjoyment to their recent performances of "Beauty and the Beast."

SBPP, founded by Father Al Salanitro in 2006, presented the Disney classic July 23-26 at the Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School auditorium in Bellevue.
