Calls from archdiocese lead to arrest of Pennsylvania mom

Two calls from the Archdiocese of Omaha to the FBI in California earlier this month helped lead to the arrest of a Pennsylvania woman who - with her daughter - had been assisted by the former Intercessors of the Lamb group in Omaha.

Arrested on federal charges of interfering with the custody of a child, Carolyn Casey-Keyvani, 51, apparently was in Omaha for about two years, leaving in October of 2009, said Father Joseph Taphorn, moderator of the curia. She had fled Pennsylvania after her husband was awarded custody of their daughter, Caroline, in late 2006.
