Overflow crowd fills church for freedom rally

Catholics must live as people set free by Christ to love others, to illustrate why religious freedom in America is important, said two keynote speakers at the Archdiocese of Omaha's Fortnight for Freedom Rally June 23.

"Let us as Catholics do more during this 'fortnight for freedom,' and after it, to show our nation how our faith permeates every aspect of our lives," in good works and in devotion to Christ, said Omar Gutierrez, manager of the Office of Missions and Justice.
