St. Cecilia Cathedral “A Shared Story” 32nd Annual Flower Festival: Jan. 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Jan. 29, 1-4 p.m. at the cathedral, 701 N. 40th St., Omaha. Sponsored by the Cathedral Arts Project. Donations accepted. Theme is Nebraska’s 150th anniversary. Live music in the cathedral, food and special entertainment in the Cathedral Cultural Center. The exhibit, “Nebraska Through the Eyes of Children,” featuring art by students at St. Cecilia School, will be on display in the Sunderland Gallery.

Music in Catholic Schools Benefit Dance: Feb. 3, 7:30-10:30 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Center, 5419 N. 114th St., Omaha. Silent auction and desserts. Music provided by Nebraska Wind Symphony Swingtones. Cost $15 person, $10 seniors and students. Tickets available at the door. Free dance lessons 6:15-7:15 p.m. Proceeds to tuition assistance.
