Notre Dame Sister Michelle Hayek, whose 67 years of religious life included teaching and leadership positions for her order in Omaha, died Dec. 7. She was 88.
Sinsinawa Dominican Sister Marie Juan Maney, whose 69 years of religious life included 12 years as a music teacher at St. Cecilia School and former Cathedral High School in Omaha, died Dec. 2 in Sinsinawa, Wis. She was 89.
Servant of Mary Sister Mary Catherine Rupp, whose 75 years of religious life included more than 40 years in education, leadership and volunteer positions in Omaha, died Nov. 29 in Omaha. She was 94.
