Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC) is recruiting volunteers to work at sites that serve people in need

Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC) is recruiting volunteers to work at sites that serve people in need. A volunteer's skills and interest are matched to particular needs of a community organization. It offers the opportunity to work with the poor two days a week, to grow deeper in Christian faith through reflection and prayer in the Ignatian tradition, and to meet monthly with other IVC members and a spiritual guide. For men and women age 50 and older to share skills, talents and life experiences with organizations that directly assist people who are poor or address issues related to poverty. For more information, call Jerry at 778-7551 or visit www.ivcusa.org.
