Knights insurance agent honored

Neil Pfeifer of Norfolk has been named Agent of the Year for the Pfeifer Agency of Knights of Columbus Insurance, which serves Knights members and their families in the Archdiocese of Omaha.

A member of Sacred Heart Parish, Pfeifer will be honored during the Knights' state convention April 26-28 in Kearney.

Pfeifer also will be honored during a national Knights meeting this month for finishing No. 15 in life sales companywide in 2012, outperforming more than 1,300 agents in the United States and Canada.

And for the 16th time, Pfeifer has qualified for the Supreme Knights Club for agents who finish the year above 160 percent of quota, hitting 330 percent of quota.

Other Knights who earned their way into the Supreme Knights Club this year were Doug Kelly of Omaha, Kevin Weber of Gretna, Craig Pfeifer of Wayne, and General Agent Kevin Pfeifer of Grand Island.

Also this year, Pfeifer became a 12-year qualifier and is now a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table, the leading international association of life insurance and financial professionals, for exemplifying service, professionalism, integrity and excellence.

Pfeifer serves parishes in Albion, Cedar Rapids, Genoa, Humphrey, Lindsay, Norfolk and St. Edward.
