Students at St. Cecilia School in Omaha load donated diapers into a truck Dec. 17 for delivery to Lydia House in Omaha, the Open Door Mission’s shelter for women and families. Student Council members organized the Advent season diaper drive that collected more than 15,600 diapers. Because the drive surpassed its original goal of 2,000 diapers, three students were selected to “pie their principal,” Julie Pick, at a school assembly Dec. 21.
