Notre Dame Sisters to host luncheon

The Notre Dame Sisters will host a third annual community luncheon Nov. 3 at the Omaha Field Club to support their independent senior living community in Omaha – Seven Oaks at Notre Dame.
Keynote speaker Earl Redrick, local Housing and Urban Development field office director, will discuss the need for low-income housing in the Omaha area, particularly for the elderly, said Mary Brown, a spokeswoman for Notre Dame Sisters.
The 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. luncheon is free, and donations to Notre Dame Housing will be encouraged, Brown said. More information and reservations are available at 402-455-2994 or mbrown@notredamesisters.org.
