Conference to explore Jesus’ mercy
A conference in Columbus Aug. 20 will offer people an opportunity to find and more deeply experience Jesus’ mercy.
Father Rodney Kneifl, founder of the Servants of the Heart of the Father Ministry and pastor of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Parish in Clarkson and St. Mary Parish in Leigh, said in light of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy that began in December, he will present four talks: explaining why people need God’s mercy; mercy as the antidote to the human condition; experiencing the sweetness of God’s mercy and love; and receiving Jesus’ mercy in its fullness.
The conference could help people "who might be struggling to grasp what God’s mercy is about, and to take deeper those who have experienced God’s mercy in a profound way," said Father Kneifl, whose ministry, devoted to spiritual renewal and respect for life, is sponsoring the conference.
