High school golf event raises $45,000

About 150 alumni, parents, faculty, friends and corporate sponsors raised more than $45,000 at the 2016 Cougar Classic Golf Tournament Sept. 19 for Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School in Bellevue.

Held at Eagle Hills Golf Course in Papillion, the tournament also featured opportunities to win a new car, catered dinner, and tickets for a country music concert and a suite at a Nebraska football game.

Money raised will help the school’s athletic and activities programs.
