Pro-life stance outlined in chalk

Seventh- and eighth-graders at St. Patrick School in Elkhorn spoke out for life without saying a word, honoring National Pro-Life Day of Silent Solidarity Oct. 18.

They wrote pro-life messages on the sidewalk in front of the school. And they declined to speak, giving up their voices for those who don’t have one while wearing strips of duct tape emblazoned with the word "life" to help remind those with a voice that it should be used to protect life.
