Preceded in death by husband, Edmund “Jack” Humphrey; parents, Christina and William F. O’Connell; siblings, Sr. M. Jerome, OSF, Theresa O'Connell, Clare Flecky, Helen Haas, Richard O’Connell, and William O’Connell. Survived by sister, Margaret O’Connell; sister-in-law, Grace O’Connell; brother-in-law, George Flecky; nieces; nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Wenceslaus Church, or the Hansen House of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
