Howells Community Catholic School “Fun Fest”: March 15, Polka Mass 10 a.m., dinner 10:30-1 p.m. at St. John Nepomucene Church, 320 S. 2nd St., Howells. $8 adults and takeout, $4 children 12 and under. Raffles, bake sales and children’s games. Proceeds benefit the school.

“Tre Ore-Three Hours Agony” prayer service: April 3, noon-3 p.m. at St. Joan of Arc Church, 3122 S. 74th St., Omaha. Seven priests will each give a short meditation on one of the seven last words Jesus spoke on the cross.

Neighborhood Outreach: March 7, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Pius X Church, 6905 Blondo St., Omaha. Twelve social service agencies will be present to provide information on resources available in the community. Lunch and child care provided at no cost. Sponsored by St. Pius X Church.
