Farewell Mass for Archbishop Lucas to be held on Divine Mercy Sunday

After shepherding the Archdiocese of Omaha for nearly 16 years, Archbishop George J. Lucas is preparing to begin well-deserved retirement in May.

You’re invited to join Archbishop Lucas at a Mass of Thanksgiving, as he completes his service as Archbishop of Omaha and marks the 50th anniversary of his priestly ordination.

When: 10:30 a.m. on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 27

Where: St. Cecilia Cathedral – 701 N. 40th St., Omaha, Nebraska
