Joy! Three men to be ordained transitional deacons, two others as priests

Soon the Archdiocese of Omaha will be celebrating two ordination Masses.

On Friday, May 24, three men will be ordained transitional deacons: Logan Hepp, from St. Stephen the Martyr Parish in Omaha, Brian Hula, from St. Peter Parish in Omaha, and Will Targy, from St. Mary Parish in Bellevue. The ordination Mass will take place at 7 p.m. at St. Cecilia Cathedral in Omaha.

On Saturday, June 1, Deacons Zachary Eischeid, from St. Boniface Parish in Elgin, and Matthew Pohlman, from St. Gerald Parish in Ralston, will be ordained priests. That ordination Mass will be at 10 a.m. at the cathedral.

All are welcome to attend both Masses.

Everyone is encouraged to pray for our seminarians, priests, deacons and members of religious orders and for more holy vocations.
