Scholarships available for Polish students

The Polish Heritage Society of Nebraska announced its annual Pope St. John Paul II high school scholarship competition. Eighth-grade students of Polish descent graduating from an archdiocesan Catholic grade school this spring and planning to attend an area Catholic high school next fall are eligible to apply for one of several $1,000 scholarships. Completed application forms and essays must be received no later than April 1.
