School boasts top three essayists

Three eighth-graders from St. Pius X/St. Leo School in Omaha took first, second and third in the Omaha Bar Association’s Law Day Essay Contest.

 

Gigi Salerno won, Meg Raabe was second and Abby Wessling third as history teacher Greg Gorski entered student essays from his class for a fourth straight year. Three years ago, two students from the class finished in second and third place, and last year one of Gorski’s students took third place.
