Cathedral to host award-winning organist

Katelyn Emerson, winner of the 2016 American Guild of Organists National Young Artists’ Competition, will perform April 21 at St. Cecelia Cathedral in Omaha.

The 7:30 p.m. performance presented by the Cathedral Arts Project will include selections from the 14th through 21st centuries. Recipient of a J. William Fulbright Study and Research Grant, Kaitlyn studied in France and now is the associate organist and choirmaster for the Church of the Advent in Boston.
