Expressions of gratitude speak to Archbishop Lucas’ positive impact in northeast Nebraska

Almost 16 years ago, Archbishop George J. Lucas was installed as the fifth Archbishop of Omaha. During his Mass of Installation, nearly 1,000 people packed into St. Cecilia Cathedral in Omaha to welcome him to northeast Nebraska. Now, many of those who attended that Mass – and countless others – are offering heartfelt thanks for his spiritual guidance and leadership over the years.
