Knights of Columbus agency head retires after 34 years

After 34 years with Knights of Columbus Insurance, Kevin Pfeifer announced his retirement Jan. 25.

Pfeifer began his career as a field agent in 1984 in the Grand Island area. He was promoted to general agent in 1994 and began Kevin Pfeifer Agency with four agents. He eventually built the agency to serve all of Nebraska. It was recognized four times as the top Knights of Columbus agency in the nation.

Pfeifer served on the Supreme Knights Advisory Committee, is a lifetime member of Supreme Knights Club and a member of the board of directors for the Nebraska Knights of Columbus Charitable Foundation.
