Listen up, men: New radio program focuses on you!

Enriching the lives of Catholic men is the aim of an upcoming weekly program on Spirit Catholic Radio.

“In Layman’s Terms” debuts Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 8:30 p.m. with an encore presentation the following Saturday at 6:30 p.m. The half-hour show is co-hosted by Bob Sullivan and John Soukup, both of the Diocese of Lincoln.

Jeb Eischeid, Spirit Catholic Radio Network’s program director, said the program is an opportunity to engage Catholic men and encourage them to live out their faith life.

“The show is really dedicated to empowering Catholic men to live with mission, purpose and faith,” Eischeid said.

Noting today’s culture has taken a toll on family, fatherhood and marriage, Sullivan said he hopes the program will help men pursue virtue in their lives to “model authentic masculinity.”

Spirit Catholic Radio can be heard in Omaha and the surrounding area at 102.7 FM, in Columbus at 99.3 FM, Norfolk at 88.3 FM and O’Neill at 91.5 FM. The network’s broadcasts can also be heard through the free Spirit Catholic Radio app, live online streaming and more.
