Parish activity center dedication

Archbishop George J. Lucas blesses those gathered, including parishioners Jenner Seemann, lower left, and his parents, Lisa and Clint, at the Aug. 23 dedication of the $5.5 million Aspen Seemann & Lane Graves Activity Center at St. Patrick Parish in Elkhorn. Aspen, 3, and Lane, 2, died in separate accidents in 2016. The families, including Lane’s parents, Matt and Melissa Graves, helped cut the ribbon on the new facility. Father Thomas Fangman, pastor, said he hopes the parents will draw comfort from the center’s gymnasium, cafeteria and other facilities being named after the boys.
