School’s tea event raises $10,000

About 200 people helped raise more than $10,000 at Roncalli Catholic High School’s 17th annual High Tea Nov. 5.

Money raised will go toward tuition assistance at the Omaha school.

Scones, clotted cream and cucumber sandwiches prepared by the school’s food and nutrition students were among the treats. Entertainment included music and humorist Mary Maxwell, and nearly 100 students and parents volunteered as greeters and servers.
